Suburban location very close to great restaurant next door, surrounding area and the volcano, it was in a local area. The most very welcoming and welcoming staff I ever met.

We liked rooms with decent equipment. We had a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge in the room. Location: the hotel was short walk to grocery store and restaurants, the main attractions in-and-around Fortuna, and local restaurants. Had nice dainties at Orchid Coffee Shop, located a short walk to the property.

The staff here is very welcoming and the hotel is fairly clean, plus it's conveniently located in front of a bus stop.

The hotel provided a washing machine, which was a nice added convenience. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette, flat TV, and a hot shower. The proximity to the supermarket, bakery, and sodas was also very convenient. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at the hotel. The lady at the front desk, who I believe was the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us. She allowed us to check in early and took care of our luggage while we explored the area. When we returned, she had already placed our luggage in our room, which was perfect for our family with two bedrooms. The air conditioning provided much-needed relief from the heat. The breakfast for only $5 was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed swimming in the nice pool while admiring the view of the volcano. The hotel even had bikes available for us to explore the surroundings. Right across the street, we found a great local restaurant to satisfy our cravings. The gated property made us feel safe, and the convenient parking and grocery store next door added to our convenience. Staying at this hotel made us feel like we were in a peaceful park, far away from the city.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a room that exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic.
